We represent domestic and international companies including in Africa, Australia, Canada, China, Europe, India and the USA – who are looking to access the UK capital markets. We’re also comfortable working on dual listings, project-managing lawyers across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Advised on the UK’s first ever listing of a medicinal cannabis firm on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE). MGC Pharmaceuticals Ltd (MGC Pharma) has announced its UK Initial Public Offering, alongside its primary listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).
  • Advised Chariot Limited, the Africa-focused transitional energy company trading on AIM, on a $16 million fundraising through a conditional, oversubscribed placing and subscription. The fundraising has been accompanied by an open offer to qualifying existing shareholders of up to a further $3 million.
  • Advised Eco Buildings Group Limited, a company that will operate in the prefabricated modular housing sector, on its reverse takeover by AIM-traded company Fox Marble plc, which will now be renamed Eco Buildings Group plc.
  • Advised Rambler Metals and Mining, a copper and gold producer, explorer and developer, on a £3.8m placing.
  • Advised Graft Polymer (UK) plc, a business focussed on the development of polymer modification, bio/food supplements and drug delivery systems, on its listing and £5m placing. The first Main Market listing on the LSE of 2022.
  • Advised Strand Hanson as Nominated & Financial Adviser and Turner Pope Investments as Broker on the recent AIM admission and £5m placing of agritech company Light Science Technologies Holdings. The company’s market capitalisation on admission was approximately £17.5m.
  • Advised brokers Cenkos Securities plc and Hybridan LLP on a $18.5m fundraise for TMT Investments plc, the AIM-listed venture capital company investing in high-growth technology companies across a number of core specialist sectors. TMT Investments also carried out a PrimaryBid offer, raising a further $0.8m and taking TMT Investment’s gross proceeds from the fundraise and PrimaryBid offer to $19.3m.
  • Advised specialist provider of energy and water efficiency solutions Eneraqua Technologies plc on their AIM admission and £20m placing. Eneraqua Technologies also received the London Stock Exchange’s (LSE) Green Economy Mark on admission.
  • Advised Zeus Capital as Nominated Advisor and Broker on Revolution Beauty’s £300m placing and admission to AIM, the sixth largest fundraise on AIM ever, and the largest fundraise on AIM to date in 2021. On admission, the company will have a market capitalisation of £495m.
  • Advised tinyBuild, a US-based leading video game developer and publisher on the admission of its shares to trading on AIM and £154.4 million oversubscribed placing. On admission, the company will have a market capitalisation of approximately £340.6 million which is the largest listing ever of a US company on AIM.
  • Advised TSX, NYSE & LSE-listed Taseko Mines on a bought deal offering of approximately US$23 million following its admission to trading in London last year.
  • Advised high-grade rare earth producers, Rainbow Rare Earths on a placing raising £2.56 million.
  • Advised newly established investing company, Intuitive Investment Group on its admission to AIM and £7.85 million placing. The company are focused on fast growing and/or high potential life sciences businesses operating predominately in the UK, wider Europe and the US.
  • Advised Capital Ltd., the Premium Listed drilling and mining services company, on a placing to raise $40m.
  • Advised AIM and ASX-listed 88 Energy on a successful fundraising to domestic and international investors to raise A$10 million before costs.
  • Advised NYSE/TSX-listed Yamana Gold on the admission of its shares to trading on the standard segment of the London Stock Exchange. The listing comes after a hugely successful year for Memery Crystal, as the leading advisor on dual-listings of natural resources companies for 2019.
  • Advised the East-African focused gold producer, Shanta Gold, on a significantly oversubscribed capital raising of £32.3 million (approximately US $42.1 million) by way of a placing and a direct subscription to existing shareholders and other institutional investors and an offer to retail investors.
  • Advised the Rocky Mountain oil and gas company, Zephyr Energy, on a placing to raise £2.5 million before expenses.
  • Advised precision marketing software specialists, Pelatro on a placing and subscription to raise £2.1 million. The Fundraise has been arranged by Cenkos Securities
