    In detail

Our experience can help throughout your tenure at your chosen company or institution. We can negotiate your employment contract, bonuses and incentives when you join, and protect your financial well-being and reputation at key points in your career or when you leave.

You may need to address ownership rights or partnership law, or mitigate the effect of restrictive covenants. You may even face a dispute over discrimination, whistleblowing or regulatory investigations. While these can be unsettling, you can face these issues with confidence, knowing you have our experience and expert knowledge on your side.
