Residential: Communication. Investigation. Determination.

At a glance

Residential conveyancing isn’t solely about location, location, location. We work on the principle of maintaining clear and frequent communication – with you, other solicitors and local authorities. Investigation – not taking ‘facts’ at face value but actually verifying what’s true. And determination – because sustained effort on our part means an easier sale and purchase for you.

"We receive immediate responses and from years of experience we have not found a better firm. Nicola Kravitz who heads the team with whom we deal is outstandingly capable and in disputes we have not found anyone better."

In detail

Our conveyancing experience is predominantly focused on Central London, but of course we help people buy and sell anywhere within and beyond the UK. We find searches and rights issues tend to be more complex in London; for example, the HS2 route has a significant effect in some neighbourhoods.

Challenges that others might sidestep don’t deter us. Such examples include acquiring a public house in Mayfair for redevelopment into a residential house, and an office block in Central London for conversion into to high value apartments. Sometimes the deadline itself is the greatest challenge and we take great pride in the efforts we make to meet them. We believe that our communication, investigation and determination pay off.
