    Sandra is a Senior Associate in the corporate team at Memery Crystal.  She specialises in private M&A (buy and sell side) and has experience of acting on a wide range of corporate transactions including reorganisations, joint ventures, shareholder structures and arrangements, as well as advising on general company law matters.

    She joined sister brand, Rosenblatt, in 2007, training and qualifying into the Dispute Resolution team where she worked on highly complex, multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation prior to changing specialism in 2017 and continuing her career in the Corporate field.

    Outside of work, Sandra enjoys live music, good food and supporting Liverpool FC.

    • Acting for the shareholders of Power Adhesives Limited, a market-leading manufacturer of hot-melt adhesives and glue guns, on the sale of the company to Longacre Group.
    • Acting for the performing arts school, the Urdang Academy, on the sale of its higher education business and assets (including the Old Finsbury Town Hall) to City, University of London.
    • Acting for Simon Cowell on his buy-out of Sony Music Entertainment’s 75% stake in Syco.
    • Acting for RBG Holdings plc on the acquisition of corporate finance house, Convex Capital Limited
    • Acting for the Northern & Shell group in the £100 million merger of online estate agents, Emoov and Tepilo (which included a merger with online lettings agency, Urban.co.uk) resulting in the group becoming in the second-largest digital estate agent.
    • Acting for the Northern & Shell Group on the sale of its newspaper and magazine publishing business to Trinity Mirror plc for £127m.
