    Edward Baker is a Partner in our Corporate team with a depth of experience in both private and public Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Equity Capital Markets and advisory matters. He spent two years on secondment to the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers and is an expert on Takeover Code-related matters, advising bidders, targets, asset managers, investment banks and shareholders (both institutional and private).

    Edward has acted for both buyers and sellers on numerous private M&A transactions, many of which have been cross-border.

    Edward is a team player with a proven track record of originating and delivering both complex and simple transactions in the UK and internationally.
