    Michael Lanning is a Solicitor in our Corporate team. Michael joined Memery Crystal as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2021 starting in the Real Estate team. He has completed seats in the Banking & Finance and Corporate departments as well as Rosenblatt’s Dispute Resolution department.

    Michael works on private M&A, equity capital markets and private funding transactions.

    Outside of work, Michael enjoys reading, fitness and is an avid basketball fan, previously coaching in the British basketball leagues.

    • Assisting various clients on their placings on AIM, including a secondary fundraise of approximately £8.7 million for a gold production, exploration and development company.
    • Assisting on various acquisitions and disposals, including the acquisition of a rare freehold in the heart of the West End of London.
    • Assisting on property finance transactions acting for both lender and borrower.
