    Expertise

Nick Heap is a Partner in Memery Crystal’s Corporate team.

He specialises in equity capital markets transactions and advises clients on a broad array of corporate finance transactions, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), secondary fundraisings, corporate reorganisations, as well as public (including Takeover Code offers and defences) and private M&A.

Nick works with issuers, sponsors/nomads and investment banks/brokers on transactions across all London markets, including the Main Market, AIM and AQUIS. He has particular expertise in advising clients operating in the natural resources, life sciences and healthcare, and technology sectors.

Nick has previously worked at a city firm of brokers where he spent nine months on secondment in the corporate finance department, which provided him with valuable insight into the workings of corporate finance.

"They have a very personal approach, spend time getting to know ones business and actually start to feel like one of your team. They are about much more than just ticking the boxes, but actively look to help one find solutions. Also, I can honestly say that MC have always provided the best overall value, in which one feels as if the fees charged are considerably less than the value added. I tend to be very particular when awarding performance evaluations, but I have no qualms with giving them top marks on all points."
