    • Acted as issuer counsel in the spin-off listing of a publicly listed shipbuilding company’s investment segment on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, with a market capitalisation of S$4.3 billion.
    • Acted as legal counsel to the sponsor and issue manager in the spin-off listing of a logistics company on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, based on a market capitalisation of S$33.5 million, through a placement of shares amounting to S$5 million by its parent company.
    • Acted as Singapore counsel to a Singapore construction company in relation to its initial public offering on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, which raised approximately HK$91 million.
    • Acted for the vendor in relation to the disposal of a 40% stake in its company and website, which is one of the world’s most widely read independent consumers’ guide to fine wine to a globally renowned owner of a gourmet restaurant guide.
    • Acted for a publicly listed company on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited in the disposal of a subsidiary which holds retail and office units in Singapore valued at S$162 million.
