Ruth has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate, particularly in retail and leisure development acting for developers, landlords and tenants in England, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.  Her recent work includes advising on a number of joint venture projects for commercial and residential development, advising on the sale of a retail park, advising on the share sale purchase of a cinema complex and advising on a number of planning agreements.

Ruth is also qualified in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and has acted on a number of retail, industrial and leisure developments in these jurisdictions.  She is a member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland and the Law Society of Ireland.
