Nick specialises in dispute resolution, with expertise in natural resources, distribution, marketing and licence agreement disputes, commodities disputes, general commercial disputes, tax litigation and judicial review. He has extensive experience of international litigation and arbitration matters (ICC, LCIA, AAA, WIPO, ICSID, LME), with a particular focus on natural resources, commodities and ICSID and bilateral investment treaty arbitrations.
Nick is a frequent writer and speaker on emerging trends in dispute resolution, including issues of interest within the natural resources and fashion and retail sectors. He is fluent in French and German.
