Memery Crystal is delighted to announce that it has advised potash exploration and development company, Kore Potash on the successful completion of a conditional fundraise to raise US$ 8million.
Kore Potash’s flagship asset is the 97%-owned Sintoukola Potash Project, located within the Republic of Congo. The fundraise, which is conditional on shareholder approval and ASX waivers, will allow the Company to deliver the first phase of their Dougou Extension Sylvenite project (one of the highest grade undeveloped potash deposits globally).
The Memery Crystal team was led by CEO Nick Davis alongside Director Melanie Talbot, Solicitor Lauren Belmonte and Trainee Harry Roe.
