Memery Crystal Promotes Three Real Estate Lawyers

Memery Crystal, the international multidisciplinary London-based law firm, today announces the promotion of three real estate lawyers, with two being made Partner and one being appointed Legal Director.

Sam Silverman and Tristan Wark have been promoted to Partner, Real Estate while Nickhil Mandora has been promoted to Legal Director, Real Estate.

Silverman joined Memery Crystal in 2021 from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP). He has extensive commercial property experience spanning development, pre-lets, acquisitions and disposals, international project management, joint ventures and landlord and tenant matters. He has acted on real estate transactions for major international and domestic clients, including developers, funds, corporate occupiers and supermarkets. His clients include the globally renowned brewery and pub chain BrewDog. 

Wark came to Memery Crystal from Goodman Derrick in 2021 and works across a range of commercial property matters. He is highly experienced in acquisitions and disposals, development, lettings and portfolio management, real estate finance and corporate real estate. He advises a wide variety of clients including property companies, high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, traditional and alternative lenders, retailers and developers. Wark also has extensive expertise in leading on complex cross-practice transactions including negotiating development agreements. 

Mandora has been with Memery Crystal since 2014 and specialises in refinancings, lettings of commercial properties, sales and purchases. He advises a variety of clients ranging from retail landlords and tenants to institutional lenders and property developers. His retail leasing clients include several prominent high-end fashion brands. His retail leasing clients include the globally renowned brands Carolina Herrera and Arc’teryx. 

The promotions take the total number of Partners at Memery Crystal to 35, providing clients with access to expertise across multiple sectors including real estate, banking, finance, technology, hotels, and natural resources.
