Memery Crystal advises Investment Evolution Credit plc on its admission to the Access Segment of the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market (AQSE).

Investment Evolution Credit is a United Kingdom registered group of fintech companies that operates in the financial services sector and specialises in online consumer loans. The Company has been admitted to the Access Segment of the AQSE following successful completion of a subscription.

The expected net proceeds of the subscription will be used for the continued growth of their consumer loan portfolio in the United States, the execution of their business plan in the United Kingdom, as well as working capital to accelerate growth.

The Memery Crystal team was led by Corporate Partner Nick Heap who was assisted by Corporate Associates Ravina Mahajan and Darryl Chew.
