Memery Crystal acts for Petra Diamonds on Rights Issue to raise US$178 million

Memery Crystal has acted for longstanding client Petra Diamonds Limited (Petra) on its rights issue to raise approximately US$178 million to reduce its debt levels. The Rights Issue is fully underwritten by the Joint Bookrunners pursuant to the terms of the Underwriting Agreement.

The Memery Crystal team was led by client partner Lesley Gregory and included a corporate team consisting of Kieran Stone, Mark O’Donnell, Melanie Talbot, Karl Williams and Danny Rosley.
