Craig Jones

Partner, Real Estate

Craig specialises in commercial property and has a broad range of experience advising on all aspects of real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals of property, landlord and tenant-related matters, development sites and schemes, portfolio management and secured lending/property finance.

Craig assists and advises a wide variety of clients including property investors and traders (both UK-based and overseas), retailers, asset managers, offshore funds, developers, retailers and lenders (institutional and private).

Lucie Burniston

Legal Director, Corporate

Lucie is a Legal Director in the Corporate team. She specialises in acquisitions and disposals of private companies and advising on fundraisings by growth companies. She also advises on a range of other company law matters including the structuring of new companies, corporate re-organisations and joint ventures across a variety of sectors.

James Ashwin

Legal Director, Real Estate Construction

James joined Memery Crystal in 2019 as an associate in the Construction team and brings experience in JCT, NEC3, FIDIC and IChemE forms of contracts along with professional appointments and third-party rights/collateral warranties.

James’ day-to-day role focuses on the negotiation and preparation of both bespoke and standard form construction contracts, development agreements, professional appointments and warranties.

Sam Salter-Galbraith

Senior Associate, Corporate

Sam has gained extensive commercial property experience across a wide range of areas including development, pre-lettings, acquisitions and disposals, international project management, joint ventures and landlord and tenant matters.

Throughout his career, Sam has acted for major international and domestic clients including developers, funds, corporate occupiers and supermarkets within the office, industrial and retail sectors.

Sophie Moonshine

Senior Associate, Real Estate

Sophie qualified into the Real Estate team in September 2018 after having completed her training contract at the firm. Sophie specialises in commercial property and has a broad range of experience advising on all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of property, landlord and tenant related matters, development work, portfolio management and property finance.

Nickhil Mandora

Senior Associate, Real Estate Private Client

Nickhil is a Senior Associate in the Private Client Real Estate Team specialising in Commercial Real Estate. He acts for a wide variety of clients ranging from retail landlords and tenants, to institutional lenders and property developers.

Nickhil has a particular experience in industrial properties acting for both buyers and sellers. He prides himself on his ability to understand a client’s motivations and priorities within a transaction.

Taibo Wang

Associate, Corporate

Taibo joined our Corporate Team in March 2022. He has worked on a broad range of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A, private investment, joint ventures, and providing general corporate advice. He supports a variety of clients ranging from entrepreneurs, start-ups, and SMEs to large private corporations.

Liam Hill

Associate, CIPT

Liam started as a trainee at Memery Crystal in September 2019 and qualified into the CIPT department in September 2021. His seats were in our Real Estate Litigation and Construction departments with a split seat within Corporate and Banking and Finance.

Ravina Mahajan

Associate, Corporate

Ravina has experience in equity capital markets, domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and other general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Memery Crystal, Ravina practiced for several years at prestigious law firms in India and Singapore.

Louisa Hartley

Associate, Real Estate

Louisa has experience assisting the team in acting for various impact investors on multi-million-pound rolling programmes of portfolio acquisitions of residential multi-let properties to be leased to charities who specialise in rehousing ex-offender, ex-military personal, the homeless and other vulnerable groups to be sub-sold and held by a fund to ensure the continued and long-term use of the properties for social housing purposes. Louisa’s experience also includes acting on various lettings of petrol filling stations for a roadside retail operator and acting on lettings of numerous retail, industrial and office sites for a listed house builder.
