Memery Crystal advises on the purchase of Byron House 7-9 St James Street London SW1

Memery Crystal is delighted to have advised on the purchase of the iconic Byron House at 7-9 St James’s Street, London on behalf of a private client, for a sum in excess of £45,000,000.

Byron House is a prime, historic building, located in one of central London’s most prestigious and exclusive addresses, moments from Saint James’s Palace. The building comprises seven floors, including modern flexible office accommodation with occupiers such as Christian Louboutin, the historic workshop of John Lobb, the 150-year-old luxury bootmaker and holders of a royal warrant, and further restaurant premises.
