Memery Crystal has acted for existing clients SP Angel and Beaufort Securities. SP Angel acted as the nominated adviser and joint broker, together with joint broker Beaufort Securities, to Altus Strategies Plc on its admission to AIM and fundraising of £1.1 million. Admission became effective on 10th August 2017.
Altus Strategies Plc is an Africa focused natural resources company which operates a project generator business model with the objective to generate multiple returns on capital through the discovery, acquisition, development and monetisation of a diversified portfolio of mineral deposits.
The Memery Crystal team was led by CEO Nick Davis, and was supported by Melanie Talbot and Emily Parker (Corporate).
