The real estate team at Memery Crystal have advised Barnsbury Property Company Limited on the £6.15m sale of The Old Bookbinders, 3 Barnsbury Square, London N1.
The Old Bookbinders is a single building comprising office accommodation overlooking Barnsbury Square Garden in Islington.
The Memery Crystal team on this deal was led by our co-head of real estate Daniel Abrahams and included senior associate Craig Jones and our head of tax Alex Barnes.
