Memery Crystal acts for TSX-listed Valeura Energy on its Main Market listing

This transaction is Memery Crystal’s fifth recent Main Market listing of a natural resources company and further strengthens the firm’s already strong credentials in advising TSX listed companies on accessing the UK’s capital markets.
