Hangar8 is one of the largest private aircraft operators in the UK and amongst the top five in Europe and manages a fleet of 48 mid-size, heavy and superheavy aircraft. Established in 1983, Gama Aviation is a leading business aircraft services group, operating a fleet of 96 aircraft across 28 bases. The merger of the two companies will create one of the five largest private aircraft operators globally, operating from 44 different locations in 15 countries with a strong presence in North America, the UK, Continental Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia as well as South America.

The Memery Crystal team included corporate partner Lesley Gregory, corporate senior associate Melanie Jory and corporate trainees Karl Williams and George Pendarves.
