Memery Crystal has assisted Charterhouse Strategic Land in its acquisition of a 26 acres interest to the east of Braintree, Essex

This involved a complex development option agreement whereby Charterhouse Strategic Land will apply for a planning permission for a major re-development of a large greenfield site as a major new industrial estate adjacent to the existing Springwood Drive Industrial Estate. The estimated developed out value for the proposed scheme will likely be around £80m and it will be a great addition to their land portfolio.
