Memery Crystal advises Main Market listed Rainbow Rare Earths on £1.25 million placing

Rainbow Rare Earths is a high-grade rare earth producer. The placing proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes including capital additions to the company’s trial mining fleet and pilot processing plant at the Gakara Rare Earth Project in Burundi to accelerate the trial mining operations.

The Memery Crystal team was led by Partner Kieran Stone and supported by Director Mark O’Donnell.
