The Gambling Law Review sets out a comparative analysis of the laws relating to gambling across a variety of states and jurisdictions. The guide analyses the most consequential new legislation and case law, with a focus on key events of the past 12 months and the things to look out for in the next.

In addition to the ‘Preface‘, Carl Rohsler has also written chapters on ‘Gambling: A Legal and Philosophical Overview‘ and ‘United Kingdom’ in the latest edition.

Commenting on the new publication, Carl said:

“This is a complex and ever-developing area of law, which makes an annual review very important – in the UK, for example, we have had a lot to talk about with the publication of the White Paper on Gambling Reform coming out just before our print deadline, signalling some important changes for the industry over the next couple of years. The Gambling Law Review is a great resource for staying on top of this sort of change.”

The guide was first published in The Law Reviews on 30 May 2023: https://thelawreviews.co.uk/title/the-gambling-law-review
