Memery Crystal advises on the sale of Rimmer Bros. to Radial Equity Partners

Rimmer Bros. is a long-standing UK-based family business, supplying replacement car parts for a number of high-profile British marques (including Jaguar, Land Rover, MG, Mini, Rover and Triumph). From their base in Lincoln, Rimmer Bros. serves more than 100,000 customers in over 150 countries worldwide.

Memery Crystal provided a multi-disciplinarian team, led by Corporate Partner, Chris Allen.
