Memery Crystal advises Grathon Business A.S.

Chris Pulham, a Partner in Memery Crystal’s Commercial, IP & Technology (CIPT) team, recently advised Grathon Business A.S. in successfully negotiating a hotel management agreement with Accor Group, for the management of a new 130-room, five-star, Swissôtel Marianske Lazne Resort and Spa, in the Czech Republic.

The deluxe spa resort will be formed by merging few existing properties in Marianske Lazne, the second-largest spa town in the Czech Republic, which will further increase tourism in the area.

Under the Swissôtel brand, Grathon Business A.S. and Accor are looking forward to welcoming guests to the hotel in 2024.

Chris Pulham commented: “I am delighted to have helped our client to reach a successful long-term management deal with Accor as part of their strategic goal for this project, further building on our expertise advising satisfied clients in the hotel sector.”
