Memery Crystal’s Real Estate team have advised autism charity Blue Sky on reviewing and negotiating a lease in relation to their new London head office. All work was undertaken on a pro-bono basis.

The Blue Sky Autism Project is an innovative and unique service providing individualised programmes of therapy to young children experiencing developmental delays including autism. Blue Sky is currently the only service in the UK which uses the evidence-based and well-researched Pivotal Response Therapy (PRT) as part of their offering.

The Memery Crystal team on this matter was Partner Daniel Abrahams and Property Executive Kim McGrath.

Commenting on the deal, Daniel Abrahams said: “Blue Sky provides a vital service to children with autism and other developmental disabilities, and we are delighted to have assisted them in relation to their new offices.”

Dr. Ruth Glynne-Owen, Founder and Volunteer Chief Executive at Blue Sky, said: “We have spent months searching for the right property to suit our needs and are grateful to the team at Memery Crystal for their support in helping us secure our new premises.”
