    Jordan has experience in many aspects of commercial property disputes and his expertise includes general asset management, opposed and unopposed lease renewal matters, dealing with trespassers and squatters (including interim possession order applications), termination of all types of tenancies and the dilapidations arising as a result, pursuing rent and service charge arrears, and dealing with insolvent landlords and tenants.

    He also frequently advises on residential property issues including possession proceedings for all types of tenancy agreements, statutory lease extensions, rights of way and other property rights.
