    Anthony Vaughan is a partner in our corporate team.

    Anthony through his working life as a lawyer has specialised in media, hotels and general corporate transactions and accordingly has been involved in the purchase or disposal of numerous media companies including advertising agencies, PR companies, television production companies etc.

    Anthony has a particular expertise and interest in the leisure industry and works extensively for clients in the hotel industry. He has acted on the purchase and sale of numerous groups of hotels primarily in the UK and, on the island of St Barths, acted on the disposal of the Hotel Isle de France to LVMH and then the subsequent acquisition of another five-star luxury hotel on the island.

    He is consistently recommended by Chambers UK and the Legal 500 for his expertise in Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions and hotels and leisure.
