- Assisted with a U.S. Bank’s debt facility to a privately owned real estate fund whereby 12 commercial properties were added to the existing security pool.
- Assisted a FTSE 250 Bank in relation to the refinancing of a portfolio of 50 residential units and 4 commercial units.
- Assisted on numerous acquisitions, refinancing and development financing deals between £5m – £20m with security over commercial property, land, residential portfolios, and hotels.
