Nick specialises in corporate transactions, including flotations of companies both on AIM and the Official List.  He has experience in acting for companies, nominated advisors and brokers and has advised on primary and secondary listings for many overseas companies. Nick advises on acquisitions and disposals of public and private companies as well as on cross-border transactions. Nick is a member of the firm's natural resources finance team.

Nick is a member of the AIM Advisory Group of the London Stock Exchange.  He is also a frequent speaker, having recently spoken at Butterworths' Conference on AIM Regulation and the Law.  Nick has received the following recognition for his work in corporate finance:

  • Named as a leader in his field for his AIM work by Chambers UK in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
  • Recommended in the 2008 edition of The Legal 500 (Flotations: Small and Mid-cap).
