    • Advising Chariot Limited, a transitional gas company, on a number of equity fundraisings, raising £50 million during 2021-22.
    • Acting for AFC Energy, a provider of fuel cell systems for the generation of clean energy, on a £32 million equity fundraising.
    • Acting for Graft Polymer on its listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange – the first of 2022 – and associated equity fundraising.
    • Acting for Yamana Gold, a Canadian company with a $6 billion market cap, on its proposed listing on London’s Main Market.
    • Acting for GAN, Tethyan Resources, Lombard Risk and Electric Word on their takeover schemes of arrangement.
