Nadine Obayda is an Associate in Memery Crystal’s Real Estate Litigation team where she advises a wide range of clients on contentious property matters, both commercial and residential. She acts for landlords and tenants in disputes including rent and service charge disputes, forfeiture proceedings, possession claims including those involving the Rent Act 1977, arrears recovery, breach of covenant, boundary disputes, property notices, private nuisance, easements, adverse possession and high value residential disputes.

Nadine aims to achieve the best outcome for her clients by identifying key issues and risks whilst considering their commercial interests. She’s committed to providing clients with creative and cost effective solutions through a flexible and tailor made approach.

Nadine is a CEDR accredited mediator.

Outside of work, Nadine enjoys teaching spin classes as well as cycling outdoors, snowboarding and travelling.
