We are delighted to have advised tinyBuild, a US-based leading video game developer and publisher on the admission of its shares to trading on AIM and £154.4 million oversubscribed placing. On admission, the company will have a market capitalisation of approximately £340.6 million which is the largest listing ever of a US company on AIM.

The Memery Crystal team was led by CEO and Senior Corporate Partner Nick Davis, alongside Director Melanie Talbot, Associate Alex Stanciu, Solicitor Lauren Belmonte, and Trainee Solicitor Sylvia Mueller.

Nick commented: “It was a pleasure to work with the tinyBuild team on their London listing and we look forward to working with them as they grow from strength to strength in the market. This listing showcases London, and in particular AIM’s resilience, in the face of challenging economic circumstances, and our flexibility as a firm to support a diverse range of sectors.”

Alex Nichiporchik, Chief Executive Officer of tinyBuild, commented: “Nick helped us with the IPO from start to finish and together with his team always had our back and helped to make sure the transaction ran smoothly. As an entrepreneur we found a likeminded legal team who solved problems rather than creating them. We look forward to working with the MC team on this exciting journey ahead.”
