Memery Crystal is joining RBG Holdings plc

Memery Crystal will work closely alongside other businesses of RBG, including Rosenblatt, a leader in dispute resolution; LionFish Litigation Finance (UK), RBG’s litigation finance arm; and Convex Capital, the group’s specialist sell-side corporate finance boutique.
