Memery Crystal advises precision marketing software specialist Pelatro on its admission to AIM

Memery Crystal is pleased to announce that it has advised Pelatro Plc on its admission to trading on AIM. Pelatro provides precision marketing software to telecommunications companies. Its software, “mViva”, uses big data analytics to analyse end user data and allows telecommunications companies to increase the relevance of their marketing campaigns.  In connection with its admission to AIM, Pelatro raised gross proceeds of £4.6 million to help the company move forward with its expansion plans. Pelatro’s market capitalisation on admission is expected to be £15.2 million.

The Memery Crystal team was led by Nick Davis (CEO) and included Kieran Stone, Alice Foster, Rebecca Mohan-Kenny and Lauren Belmonte.

Pelatro is the second technology company that Memery Crystal has advised on admitting to trading on AIM in the last month, and marks the end of an extremely active 2017 for capital market activity.
