The ECM team at Memery Crystal has advised Strand Hanson as Nominated & Financial Adviser and Turner Pope Investments as Broker on the recent AIM admission and £5m placing of agritech company Light Science Technologies Holdings. The company’s market capitalisation on admission was approximately £17.5m.
The net proceeds of the placing will be used to strengthen the company’s position in the indoor agritech controlled environment agriculture industry, while increasing the manufacturing capacity of its contract electronics manufacturing division.
The Memery Crystal team was led by ECM partner Melanie Talbot and included Nick Davis.
Commenting on the deal, Melanie said: “Light Science Technologies Holdings is led by a team of highly knowledgeable board members with a combination of significant industry and public company experience. This marks the start of an exciting chapter for the company and we wish them every success with their expansion plans.
