Memery Crystal advise on £12.25m Old Street office building sale

The real estate team at Memery Crystal have advised client ODC Management on the £12.25m sale of its freehold interest in 130 Old Street, EC1.

Situated in the heart of London’s established Old Street tech belt, 130 Old Street comprises 14,054 sq. ft. (1,306 sq. m.) of office and ancillary accommodation arranged over two buildings. The main building comprises 12,081 sq. ft. (1,122 sq. m.) and is arranged over ground and five upper floors, whilst the rear, annex building, offers 1,973 sq. ft. (183 sq. m.) over ground and first floors. The building is currently multi-let to three office tenants.

The Memery Crystal team on this deal was led by our co-head of real estate Daniel Abrahams and included senior associate Craig Jones and Karkay Lee. The team were supported by partner Alex Barnes and senior associate Mark Rose from our tax and employment teams respectively.
