Memery Crystal advise long-standing client 88 Energy on a A$10 million fundraising

The placing was conducted through a bookbuilding process, managed by Cenkos Securities in the UK and Euroz Hartleys in Australia.

The proceeds of the placing , together with the company’s existing cash reserves, will be used to fund the ongoing evaluation of the conventional and unconventional prospectivity of the company’s existing assets, and to enable it to identify and exploit new opportunities on the North Slope of Alaska.
