Memery Crystal advise Lee & Thompson on 80 Charlotte Street office lease

The real estate team at Memery Crystal is delighted to have advised law firm Lee & Thompson in relation to a lease of premises at the recently completed 80 Charlotte Street, a new Fitzrovia landmark.

The Memery Crystal team on this deal was led by co-head of real estate Daniel Abrahams and included senior associate Craig Jones and associate Sarah Luce.

The mixed-use 80 Charlotte Street scheme comprises of 321,000 sq. ft. of offices, 45,000 sq. ft. of residential, 14,000 sq. ft. of retail and a new public realm park. Construction was completed in June 2020, and the project is the largest undertaken by developer Derwent London and is its first net zero carbon development. Other commercial occupants include Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Arup and Elliot Wood.

Commenting on the deal, Daniel Abrahams said: “This is a world-class building and we are delighted to have advised Lee & Thompson in making one of the UK’s first all-electric commercial buildings their new home. We wish them the best as they move into their new HQ in 2021.”
