Memery Crystal advise DAO Estate on Harley Street acquisition

The property, currently home to an established urology clinic and including other medical uses, is a 9,500 sq. ft. period freehold building located in the heart of Marylebone. Harley Street is one of the most iconic streets in London, known for its specialists in medicine and surgery.

The Memery Crystal team was led by our co-head of real estate Daniel Abrahams and included senior sssociate Craig Jones. This purchase follows our work previously advising DAO on the Grade II listed purchase of 12 Cavendish Place.
