The real estate team at Memery Crystal has advised client DAO Estate on the £14.75m purchase of 12 Cavendish Place in Marylebone, London.
The successful purchase of 12 Cavendish Place follows our team’s £24m acquisition of another Grade II listed building Boston House in Fitzrovia, London for client Low Profile Holdings earlier this year.
The Memery Crystal team on both deals was led by partner Daniel Abrahams.
