Memery Crystal is delighted to have advised ASK Partners on a £25.5m senior loan to private real estate investment firm Meadow Partners secured against ‘The Brick’, a completed 73-unit residential-led development with commercial space in Maida Vale, London.
The Memery Crystal team on this transaction was led by our Banking & Finance Director Will Heywood and included Associate Tom Driscoll. Will and Tom were supported by Real Estate Senior Associate Ben Shore, Construction Associate James Ashwin and our Head of Tax Alex Barnes.
Commenting on the deal, Elliot Blatt of ASK Partners said: “We were delighted to provide Meadow Partners with support on their project, particularly given the current challenges facing the UK real estate market. We are extremely grateful to the entire team at Memery Crystal for all their efforts in getting this complex, multi-jurisdictional transaction over the line.”
Will Heywood commented: “We are proud to have supported ASK on funding this prime residential development in the centre of London and very much look forward to working with Elliot and his team on future projects. This is the second significant transaction that we have completed for our client since the onset of Covid-19 and it clearly demonstrates our ability to seamlessly assist our clients during these unprecedented times.”
