Memery Crystal acts for VAALCO Energy, Inc. on its admission to trading in London

VAALCO, which is already listed on the New York Stock Exchange, is an independent energy company focussed on development and production assets in West Africa. It is operator of the Etame Marin Block located offshore Gabon that has produced circa 110 million barrels of oil since November 2002.

The company started trading on the London Stock Exchange on 26 September 2019, with a market cap of approximately £100 million.

The Memery Crystal team was led by Corporate Partner and CEO, Nick Davis, who was assisted by Senior Associate, Robert Black, and Solicitor, Thomas Grace.
