Memery Crystal have advised TSX-V listed Pure Gold Mining Inc., on the admission of the entire issued share capital of the company to the standard segment of the official list of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc.

Pure Gold Inc. started trading on the London Stock Exchange on Tuesday, 21 May 2019. The Canadian focused gold producer is looking to develop the high-grade Madsen Red Lake Gold Mine in Red Lake, Ontario, and its decision to list in London introduces the company to a wide potential global capital pool of UK and European based investors. The company’s market capitalisation at admission is C$142m (£82m).

The Memery Crystal team was led by Corporate Partner, Kieran Stone and assisted by Solicitor, Thomas Grace and Associate, Robert Black.

Kieran Stone commented: “We are delighted to have assisted Pure Gold with its dual-listing to the LSE. The Madsen Gold Project is a very exciting high-grade asset and the company’s listing in London is an important step in the development of the company, both with respect to the future construction and production of the Madsen Gold Project and otherwise. We look forward to working with the Pure team in the future and watching its growth in the UK market.”
