Memery Crystal acts for long-standing client Chariot Oil & Gas Limited on strategic placing and open offer

Memery Crystal has acted for Chariot Oil & Gas (Chariot) on their recent placing and open offer which raised approximately US$17.5 million. The funds have been raised with the intention of allowing the company to deliver a second well on its Prospect S offshore Namibia, in addition to the carried drilling of the RD-1 well in Morocco by ENI. Drilling a second well on its Prospect S offshore Namibia will which provide Chariot with a second high impact well this year.

Commenting on the announcement, lead partner Andrew Titmas said: “Working with Chariot throughout this transaction and over the years is always a pleasure. We look forward to continuing to work with Chariot in the future and will watch with great interest the development of their Namibia drill programme.”
