Employment Breakfast Seminar – March 2017

The second Employment Breakfast Seminar of 2017 takes place on Wednesday 29th March. The title for the session is “Believing in the Believers: A look at the approach of courts and tribunals to religion or belief discrimination in the employment context under the Equality Act 2010”.  In this breakfast seminar the Employment Team will cover issues which arise in this growing area of discrimination law, such as what employees need to prove, employer liability, day-to-day considerations such as holiday and dress code, and exceptions to discriminatory conduct.

The event will be at our offices, which are located at 44 Southampton Buildings, WC2A 1AP. Breakfast will be available during registration for the session at 08:30, with the session beginning shortly afterwards.
