Our team acts for public and private, entrepreneurial and institutional clients. We advise on takeovers, mergers, acquisitions and disposals, including acting for buyers, sellers and management teams.

Much of our work is international, with UK-based clients looking to expand, or non-UK clients looking to invest in the UK. We also act on public takeovers and other matters governed by the Takeover Code.

Acting for the sellers of a Premiership football club to an overseas buyer.

Acting for the sellers of a London-based asset management company with c. £1 billion under management to a private equity backed purchaser.

Advised Gaming Realms Plc on a variety of M&A transactions, including reverse takeovers, disposals and acquisitions.

Acted for the majority shareholder on the sale of the Ingenious Asset Management business.

Advised on the acquisition of certain assets based in South Africa from an investment management firm.

Advised a French company that specialises in environment technology on the acquisition of the shares of a UK based company that provides asbestos consulting services.
