About the Art

Artwork for the Memery Crystal website has been commissioned from artists at Poetry in Wood, an SsBA Community Trust social enterprise based in Spitalfields, East London.

Poetry in Wood provides people with learning difficulties an opportunity to express themselves and capitalise on their individual abilities. The artists developed concepts about our professional practice and firm culture and executed their designs in a variety of media.

The Poetry in Wood artist team included Westley Abbott, Ali Ahmed, Altab Ali, Linda Batley, Debbie Baker, David Barnett, Wai Ching Cheung, Robin Das Gupta, Syed Hassan, Thomas Robins, Tracey Sunderland and Alim Uddin

We would also like to acknowledge the leadership at Poetry in Wood provided by Jackie Remfry, Jessica Thomas, Keiran Hague and Rohema Begum.
