Mark acts for employers and senior executives on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. This includes advising on corporate and commercial transactions, employment litigation, dismissals, discrimination, and the enforcement of restrictive covenants.  He acts for clients across a range of business sectors.

Mark has written articles for LexisNexis and Croner, and contributed to Tolley’s Discrimination in Employment Handbook (1st edition). He prides himself on providing clear and practical commercial advice.
