Memery Crystal advises leading tech-led, concierge service Ten Group on successful IPO

Today’s transaction follows Memery Crystal’s involvement in a number of other recent capital raisings and further cements the firm’s position as a leading legal advisor on AIM.  This was again recently recognised in the latest edition of the Chambers UK legal directory, where Memery Crystal was ranked in “Band 1” for AIM advisory work.
